Yes. Any credit card information submitted during the ordering process if confidential and is fully protected by an encryption process. Your private information is tranferred directly to our processing agent (Card Service Internation), who handles the entire billing process. The staff of Knivesusa will never see your full account number. Any questions regarding the ordering process should be directed to us at KnivesUSA@yahoo.com

- What is your return policy?
We are committed to your satisfaction. We will happily accept unused returns up to 30 days after shipment. Please email us at Knivesusa@yahoo.com prior to returning an item so that we may issue you a return authorization number. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty of your knife will apply.

- What is your shipping policy?
Most orders are shipped on the first business day after we receive them. However, please allow us at least 48 hours to ship in stock merchandise. Out-of-stock or back-ordered merchandise will be shipped when we receive them from our supplier. We will notify you via email if your order is on backorder. You will also be notified via email when your order is shipped. If you have special rush requirements for your order, please email us directly. We offer several shipping options for your order. Pricing for each option will be calculated during the ordering process. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option.

- What is your policy on ordering automatic knives?
In accordance with federal and state laws regulating the sale of shipment automatic knives, we will only ship to authorized law enforcement, military, and search and rescue personnel. A signed automatic release form, as well as a copy of your photo ID, must first be faxed to us before we will process your order. Please email us any questions you may have regarding this policy to knivesusa@yahoo.com.
The only exception to this policy is for active military personnel serving in areas where there is no access to a fax machine. In these cases your APO or FPO shipping address will serve as proof of military service.
Although automatic knives are legal in many states, we are required to abide the rules as they regulate the interstate commerce of these items. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if they meet the requirements of these laws and by submitting our signed release form they are signifying such compliance.

- When will out-of-stock or back-ordered merchandise be shipped?
All items are shipped immediately upon our reciept. Most normally stocked items which are not available at the time of your order are generally back in stock within 48-72 hours. Certain special order or hard to get items (including many Emerson products) may take over 30 days to ship.

- When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will not be billed until the item is shipped from our warehouse or drop-shipped directly from one of our distributors.

- What are the terms and conditions of ordering from Knivesusa.com?
