Customer Agreement:	It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Knivesusa. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Knivesusa will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Additionally, Knivesusa assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death. We ship anywhere in the United States. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option. Also, please note that if you are using UPS shipping, they cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please use a physical address with this shipping option. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering, however, please allow up to seven days for shipment. If you need an item by a specific date (i.e. birthdays or gifts) please mention this in the comments section of your order. Back-ordered items will be shipped once they return to our stock. Back-ordered items may take up to ten days for shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until shipment.
Customer guarantee:	KnivesUSA.com is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly accept unused returns in new resellable condition within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note - return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, period. Refunds / Credits will be made only after the item has been inspected and verified to be in 100% re-sellable condition.
Return policy:	You may return any unused item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Prior to a return, please email us at KnivesUSA@yahoo.com and give a reason for your return and to request a return authorization number. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will include all information necessary to complete your return. You may use a credit card to fax your order if you would prefer. Simply complete and print your order form and fax to us at 916-252-3349. If you would prefer to pay via check or money order, please print your completed order form and mail along with check or money order to KnivesUSA.com at the address shown in the footer below. Please note that checks will require ten days for processing before item shipment.
